We want you to love your Duckies! But if they're not quite right, that's absolutely okay.

For eligible purchases, you can return your Duckies for an exchange or refund within 60 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.

Your Duckies must be:

• In their original condition, undamaged and unworn
• Where possible, please return your Duckies in their original packaging — it helps us reduce waste. If the original bag isn't available, that's okay.

We recommend trying your Duckies on indoors, on a clean surface, to make sure you have the right size before wearing them outside.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? No problem! Simply select Exchange when submitting your return through our returns portal.

Once your items are returned back to our warehouse and inspected by our team, we'll process your exchange and get your new pair on its way within a few days. You'll receive an email with your new tracking details once your exchange has been dispatched.

Refunds

Once your items are returned back to our warehouse and inspected by our team, we'll process your refund within a few days.

Your refund will be made to your original payment method. For returns made under our 60-day returns policy, the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded. Original delivery charges are not refundable outside of your statutory rights.

Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of returning your Duckies is your responsibility.

Your return postage costs will only be covered by Duckies where required by applicable consumer law — for example, where your item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Important Notice

To keep everyone safe, we kindly ask that you do not hand-deliver returning orders to our warehouse in person. We have an amazing team, but our warehouse isn't set up for customer visits and we want to make sure everyone stays safe.
