If you would like to make an exchange for another size or colour that is currently out of stock, these styles will be restocked and available on the above date through the exchanges portal.

Our Policy

Something not quite right?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase that's ok, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or refund within 60 days from when your order was placed, providing the below conditions are met:

• Duckies must be returned in original condition, undamaged and unworn
• Duckies must be in their original packaging.

EXCHANGE:
Our team will dispatch your exchange within a matter of days of receiving and inspecting the returning Items. You will also receive an email notification with new tracking details once your exchange is on its way.

REFUND:
Our team will process your refund within a matter of days of receiving and inspecting the returning Items. Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

*note: We do not offer refunds on gift cards.

REMINDER:
When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. Duckies is not responsible for the cost of return postage.
