Our team work hard to ensure your orders are shipped the SAME DAY via Australia Post (Mon-Fri) providing your order was placed before 1pm AEST and excludes any VIC public holidays. After dispatch, you can expect to receive your order within the following time estimations
- 1-3 business days - VIC*
- 2-6 business days - NSW, ACT, SA & QLD metro and most regional areas*
- 3-10 business days - WA, NT, Tasmania*
*Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times
After your order is complete
You can expect to receive an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order. This is another great opportunity for you to review your order, including size, colour and delivery address.

When your Duckies arrive, we recommend trying them on indoors so you can check the size, fit, and style while keeping them in their original condition. Once you’re happy, please recycle the packaging responsibly and get your little one ready for their next adventure.

Just place your Duckies back in their original packaging and submit a request for an exchange or refund (*terms apply).

Shipping and Order Info
Free delivery on all orders within mainland France Our team makes every effort to ship orders via Colissimo on the same day, provided they are placed before the daily cut-off time (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Estimated delivery times after shipment: 2 to 3 business days
Once your order is confirmed
You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. This is the perfect time to double-check the size, color, and delivery address. Be sure to check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Feel free to contact us if you wish to make a last-minute change.
Our team will do their best to accommodate your request. However, no changes can be made once your order has shipped. During preparation and transit You will receive status updates and a tracking link to follow your package right up to delivery.

We recommend trying on your Duckies indoors as soon as you receive them to check the size, fit, and style, while keeping them in their original condition. If you love them—great! All that’s left is to recycle the packaging and get your little one ready for their next adventure in their new Duckies!
