$7 Shipping with all Australian orders over $45 (One or more pairs)
$19 Shipping for orders below below $45

All orders delivered via Australia post & will receive full tracking and confirmation on dispatch from our QLD Warehouse.

  • 1-3 business days - QLD* 
  • 2-6 business days - NSW, ACT, SA & VIC metro and most regional areas*
  • 3-10 business days - WA, NT, Tasmania*

*Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times

Our team work hard to ensure same day dispatch (During business days. excludes any QLD public holidays) for all orders placed before 1pm AEST.

After your order is complete, you can expect to receive an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order. This is another great opportunity for you to review your order, including size, colour and delivery address.

*Hint please check your spam/junk folders as they have a tendency to filter there (annoying we know)

If you have any last minute changes, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will do our best to make these changes for you prior to it being processed by out lovely warehouse team, but please note that we can only make changes to your order if it hasn’t left our warehouse yet.

Receiving your order

When your Duckies arrive, we recommend trying them on indoors so you can check the size, fit, and style while keeping them in their original condition. Once you’re happy, please recycle the packaging responsibly and get your little one ready for their next adventure.

If your order isn’t quite right, don’t worry, we make returns and exchanges simple. Just place your Duckies back in their original packaging and submit a request through our returns portal for an exchange or refund (*terms apply).
